Your plants will arrive at your doorstep carefully cradled in a package engineered specifically for our nursery. As an added benefit, the plants will arrive in their original container with their original soil mix---to minimize plant shock, we do not bareroot the plants prior to shipment.

I was looking to buy an anniversary present for my traditional Chinese parents and I researched for several weeks to find out which tree to buy and where to buy it from. Being from northern NY, there were no citrus trees available anywhere, much less exotic Asian tangerines. If you are hesitant to buy plants online from Clifton's Nursery, DON'T BE!
I called them first and even from across the country, they were extremely knowledgable and friendly; they heped me figure out EXACTLY what tree I wanted to get (quite a feat considering I didn't even know the English name of the tree so they worked off my very vague description). They told be how large I should expect the tree to grow, how to take care of it in my local climate, and answered all my questions confidently. The tree arrived in less than a week (from CA to NY) and came packaged very well. It was in perfect condition. No leaves had fallen off in transport, the tree was large and healthy (about 3.5 ft tall) and already blooming. It stands as a testament to how well they take care of their plants. My parents were very pleased with the gift, as they cannot find this type of tree anywhere else in the US. They have had it home for three weeks now and it is adjusting well to the climate, showing new growth, and making fruit. Also, I paid about $100 US for the tree and shipping. I talked to relatives in other countries who said that the same kind of tree (which is available in their area) can be upwards of $150 US.
I normally don't write reviews, but Clifton's Nursery's quality, selection, service, and value are all EXTRAORDINARY. If I ever need to buy a plant online again, I will most certainly order from here. I am very happy and thank you to the Clifton's Nursery for all your help and your fantastic product.
